Had everything we needed for our stay. The location is excellent and the property is within walking distance of the heart of La Spezia. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. Tons of dining options and shops nearby. Would recommend staying here when visiting Cinque Terre. Ilaria was a fantastic host and provided us all the info we needed for our stay. Thank you!

The staff was kind and helpful. The room was nice. The biggest issue is that you can hear everything upstairs from footsteps to child playing with toys. The walls were very thin and you can hear snoring and coughing from the neighboring room.

The only issue I had was that it’s in the same building as an apartment and there was a loud family with young/loud children running around and jumping all hours of the night right above us. It’s not close to the train station, but that’s on my for not checking ahead of time. Would consider staying there again.

Very thin walls and uncomfortable bed. Shower was super small. Owner was nice and moved us to another room due to construction above unit. Unfortunately we could still hear the work and, worse, clearly hear the people talking in the adjacent room.

Se você já está acostumado com mandar mensagem para propriedade para combinar de como pega as chaves sem problemas. O quarto era bem espaçoso, mas o banheiro tinha um box minúsculo e olha que sou pequena, tenho 1,60m, foi bem difícil de tomar banho.
