L'Albicocco is a charming apartment just 10 minutes walk from La Spezia train station, in a quiet area away from city traffic and an excellent starting point for visiting Portovenere and the Cinque Terre.
Bus line 3, whose stop is located a few meters from the apartment, allows you to quickly reach the main areas of the city (train station, historic center, city pier, shopping center).

The property does not have private parking, but the surrounding area offers free parking without time slots.
We are a pet friendly nuilding.
The main services, such as pharmacy, bank, post office, supermarket. are located immediate nearby.
