"What amazing place for our family to spend time together, it’s been over 30 years since I have seen so much snow , the house is amazing with ever detail clearly thought of by the caring host who was always on hand to answer any questions we had . Already missing the place and want to return "

"We absolutely loved staying at Chalet des Alpes! The property was beautiful, with plenty of space for our family of five. David was extremely friendly and responsive, and he provided us with excellent local recommendations. The hot tub and mountain views were absolutely breathtaking. We really hope to return one day!"

"A very beautifully designed hotel in a fantastic location, but there isn’t great attention to detail, particularly for the price. For example, the bar is only available until 8.30pm, which is particularly early for a holiday destination, but there is no fridge in the room if you would like your own refreshments after this time. A fridge in a hotel room seems quite a basic requirement. There should also be water provided in the spa. There only seems to be 2 staff members present at any given time, which makes service slow. For the price, I would also expect some service at the pool. The private beach is also quite limited, particularly compared with neighbouring hotels. "
