Pleasant holiday cottage for 4 people - Domaine Ste Anne Residence in La Grière - This holiday rental is located approximately 450 meters from the beach with direct access from the residence through the pine forest, and approximately 500 meters from the nearest seasonal shops in La Grière.
This accommodation comprises a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a mezzanine with two single bunk beds (90 cm) (please note: the top bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years old) and a sofa bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and sink, a separate toilet, and a small courtyard with garden furniture, an awning, two deck chairs, and a small electric grill.
Rental amenities: TV, DVD player and CD player, small refrigerator, two electric hotplates, a mini oven, microwave, electric coffee maker and kettle, and a toaster. Certified with 1 Clévacances key. Shared swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September. Numbered parking space near the cottage. Pets not allowed.
End-of-stay cleaning is to be performed by tenants.

Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche-Sur-Mer retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
