House (one level) with courtyard. Car space in front of the house.
1 large room with 1 living room and 2 beds (size: 140 and 0.80), 1 sofa, 1 kitchen area. 1 veranda overlooking the courtyard. 1 bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.
Equipment: 1 vitro hob, 1 oven, 1 microwave, 1 electric coffee maker, 1 fridge, 1 washing machine, 1 TV and 1 garden furniture.

Location: about 450 m from the main beach and 300 m from the town center shops.

La Tranche sur Mer has had the "European Blue Flag" label since 2002, so you can discover 13km of fine sandy beaches there. For you to move more easily, free shuttles (July and August) are at your disposal and criss-cross the entire resort of La Grière to La Terrière via the town centre. Departing from La Tranche sur Mer, you can enjoy cruises to Ile de Ré, Ile d'Aix or Fort Boyard. Cinema with 2 rooms and the latest films showing. The swimming pool with leisure pool of 370m2 and 4 lanes of 25m and a fitness area with a sauna, hammam and spa.

Bon séjour agréable avec un jeune enfant

Bien situé proche centre ville et plage centrale tout peut etre fait à pied. Petite cour pour repas extérieur. Seul bémol 1 seule pièce séparée par un rideau et la literie pour le lit 1 personne n'est pas confortable.
