La Tranche sur mer, La Grière, in a very pleasant setting, house enjoying a prime location about 50 m from the beach, with a beautiful enclosed plot of 529 m2. terrace with garden furniture and parasol. A living room - living room opening directly onto the terrace - kitchen area, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and storage, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and storage, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and storage, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and storage . 1 bathroom with 2 basins, 1 shower, 1 toilet, 1 second toilet with window, 1 summer shower in the cellar. 1 "decoration" fireplace not in operation.

La Tranche sur Mer has had the "European Blue Flag" label since 2002, so you can discover 13km of fine sandy beaches there. For you to move more easily, free shuttles (July and August) are at your disposal and criss-cross the entire resort of La Grière to La Terrière via the town centre. Departing from La Tranche sur Mer, you can enjoy cruises to Ile de Ré, Ile d'Aix or Fort Boyard. Cinema with 2 rooms and the latest films showing. The swimming pool with leisure pool of 370m2 and 4 lanes of 25m and a fitness area with a sauna, hammam and spa.

Très bel emplacement

Maison typique vendéenne, spacieuse, très bien située, bien équipée. Petit bémol, confort un peu rustique : canapé salon, salle à manger, literie trop molle. A corriger. Il me semble que c'est prévu. Merci
