It has a lovely 65 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms (3 shower rooms and one bathroom with bath and shower) and a garden of around 250 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

- three upstairs bedrooms: 1 with 2 single beds, 2 others with a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Three bathrooms ( 2 bathrooms with shower and 1 bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath)
- Three separate WCs
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in La Trinité-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
