Great hotel, amazing views,excellent food and host

The location, the views, the host (Gemma) and her cooking & hospitality were all amazing. The Host: We were in contact with Gemma through whatsapp after we made the reservation. She was very helpful providing all the information we needed to explore the surroundings. All the information provided by Gemma helped us plan our day in the area. Gemma’s cooking is delicious and we would return to Mas Rubio just to taste her homemade Catalan cooking! The Hotel: We stayed in the room Hoastalet and it had a nice patio and a beautiful floor length window. Both offered amazing views to the farmland and highway. In the morning we were able to watch beautiful sunrise over the mountains. Hotels.com says it is a 3.5 star accommodation but we were a little disappointed to not see a television. But our experience made up for it. The room, bathroom, and the property were all maintained well. They are very clean. The building dates back to 1600s. The Location: It is a wonderful location to explore nearby medieval villages like Besalu and for some great hikes in La Garrotxa. This is one of our favorite hotels and we will definitely return again!

Magnifica Casa Rural

Gran descubrimento, muy buena Casa Rural, donde poder descansar bien, proxima a los sitios de interes de la zona, y en donde la Gemma, ofrece un gran desayuno y una variada cena. Repetiremos seguro!! Nos encanto!!

Sitio encantador, en plena naturaleza. Trato amable, familiar. Limpieza extrema con todas las medidas de protección del Covid-19. Comisa casera, de proximidad. Habitación amplia con terraza (la nuestra). Piscina natural increíble.

La comida y el trato más que excelente. Hemos encontrado a faltar aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. Ha sido un fin de semana canicular, entendemos que muy inusual por la zona y no se podía dormir. No había gel de baño creo que sería cómodo a parte del champú y el jabón de manos, Miracle

Muy adecuado para ir con niños

Alojamiento muy cómodo para viajar con niños. El personal es muy amable, la comida es de km0, del propio huerto en algunos casos. Hay piscina y una ludoteca y La Vall d'en Bas es un entorno natural muy interesante

Difficile de juger un endroit que nous n'avons jamais trouvé ... indiquer l adresse dans le GPS est se voir indiquer en pleins milieu de l autoroute que nous sommes arrivés nous a semblé bizarre. Impossible de joindre l'hôtelier. Nous avons finalement abandonné notre réservation.
