“A very nice resort that gives off a boutique feel with the chalets. Stayed at a junior suite chalet and absolutely loved it. It features a full sized fridge and microwave tucked away in a fairly sized kitchen space. Enjoyed the continental/buffet style breakfast as well. The staff was very courteous as well. All in all, I would definitely recommend and would stay again if I had the chance. ”

“This hotel has been in business for many years. The old original building had nice architectural things like hand laid wood parquet flooring, funky old bathtubs. Nice art on the walls. Clean crisp linens. Breakfast included. Restaurant has nice selection of foods, well prepared. Staff very professional, helpful, cheerful. This is our go-to hotel when we need to be in Accra. ”

“It was very nice, the room was quite clean, and I didn't encounter any issues. It's a bit annoying that the air conditioners stop working as soon as you leave the room. The breakfast is a bit lacking, there's no buffet, you get a tray with food to the room. The 'dining room' was under renovation while I was there, and the pool, when I first arrived, had green water. But on the third day, they cleaned it and made it clean again.”

“This ended up being a scam. Hotels.com prevented me from cancelling the reservation after I determined it was a scam, so I booked another hotel through another service. I ultimately traveled to Sapphire Court and attempted to view the residence but i was turned away, and told that it was a scam because Sapphire Court would never lease rooms on the internet. Needless to say, if i hadn't booked an alternative room after realizing this was a scam, Hotels.com would have left me homeless in……

“I arrived to check in but the front desk was not there and the housekeeper said she doesn’t know who I spoke with even though I was trying to explain to her that I made bookings online. Housekeeping called the front desk lady on the phone and she said she is somewhere else and it will take her 45min-to an hour, can you imagine this mess after pay $155 for this S.Hole. Whiles talking back and forth on the phone the front desk lady told me Adwoa Wangara is never on Expedia (Hallelujah) so it got……

“This property needs a complete overhaul. It’s not currently fit for purpose. Pictures definitely do not reflect the actual property. Please take off the market until it is renovated, redecorated and brought up to standards required for the current market. ”

“They kept to their promise of airport transfer. Drinking water was costed separately. If you have breakfast, you choose between having porridge, tea or milo with omelette. Not allowed to have porridge and tea. The tv channels were not in good order as the screen was shaky and blurry. ”
