Summer stay

We were disappointed in the property. Great location and garden but the kitchen is very small, basic and the main tap wasn’t even fixed in place. The main bathroom you hit your head on the roof when going to the toilet. The main shower you have to sit in the bath to shower. The carpets are very old and feel unclean. There aren’t enough fans for rooms as the house is very hot. The electrics are very old and only 1 socket fitted a modern plug. With a little updating this could be a great property but it feels dated and unloved.

Une bonne location de vacances

Maison de vacances familiale louée par un particulier en Allemagne mais avec un contact local sympathique et proche. Emplacement vraiment idéal dans une station balnéaire paisible, à 300 mètres à pied d’une très belle plage et c’est le paradis des vélos. Maison bien équipée niveau ustensiles, très bonne literie, confortable de manière générale même si mobilier un peu ancien et chaises à revoir. A noter une télévision avec TNT française mais pas de WiFi ni de draps compris dans la location.

Das Haus liegt fußläufig zum Strand. Es ist groß, aber leider etwas düster. Die Bäder sind veraltet. Die Küche ist recht klein, aber gut ausgestattet. Wir haben viel Zeit draußen auf der überdachten Terasse verbracht, dort gibt es einen Tisch, leider aber nur für 6 Personen.

A deux pas de l’océan...

On se sent tout de suite comme chez soi dans cette très jolie et spacieuse maison basque située au calme, bien que tout près de la plage où nous pouvions nous rendre à pied. La propriété est entourée d’un vaste jardin entièrement clôturé et arboré de chênes liège, ce qui offre un cadre naturel reposant et propice à la détente, un peu comme si la maison se trouvait à l’orée d’une forêt. Nous avons très bien dormi, la literie est excellente. Bref, c’est une location idéale pour profiter des nombreuses attractions de cette belle région tout en se reposant.

Séjour très agréable sans aucun soucis

Très bon séjour passé entre amis à la Rustica à quelques mètres de la mer et à seulement 30min d’Hossegor en vélo avec des pistes cyclable. Nicole est très rapide à répondre et l’intermédiaire sur place est très gentil et disponible. Nous n’avons eu aucun problème pendant le séjour tout c’est passé a merveille ! Je recommande que ce soit entre famille ou en amis.

Excellent location, quiet and very well equipped.

This home is fully equipped with all amenities and home appliances. Very spacious rooms and dining room. A big garden and easy access to the beach complete this picture. The property is very reactive and the local contact very helpful and always available. A great stay, we fully recommend!

Great location quiet and convenient house

Perfectly located in a very quiet small street, between the Labenne city center (1km) and the ocean (just a couple of hundreds meters away): you can hear the sea when you're outside of the house. Garden with trees and fences so you feel secured. Quiet place without traffic, easy to park. The 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms are convenient and we were nicely welcomed. The supermarket at Labenne Ocean offers plenty of food you also find restaurants a small golf club for children there is a water park at Labenne and tens of options to go everywhere biking. There's a bigger supermarket at Labenne-city (5 km away). You can easily reach Bayonne and Biarritz with the highway (less than 30 minutes). We had a great relaxing time and enjoyed the place very much. We will come back for sure !

Le quartier est calme et résidentiel. Proche de la mer. La maison est spacieuse et la literie est bonne. Pratique d'avoir un lave-linge, mais étonnant qu'il n'y ait pas de micro-ondes. La maison est propre mais assez défraîchie... Par ailleurs, je reste étonnée que sur une maison de ce type, les seules choses laissées soient les produits ménagers. En dehors de la vaisselle, les placards étaient absolument vides. Pas même un peu de sel! Et les draps à ajouter au prix de la location. Bref, une opinion assez mitigée sur la maison.
