A home with amazing view but difficult to find and drive to

The house was wonderful once we found it. Directions are quite ambiguous and roads are not marked. Best to put the address into Google and head to Mali Kosi. Do not let Google take you to Rabac!! The kitchen is fully appointed and a pleasure to cook in. There was no toilet paper or soap upon our arrival. Wonderful sunrises and sunsets off the deck. A great place to hang out but somewhat inconvenient if you want to explore Istria.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit grandiosem Blick auf das Meer und die Insel Cres. Der große Pool wurde sehr oft und gerne genutzt. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus.

Alles so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und einfach ein tolles Haus mit einer beeindruckenden Aussicht. Die zufahrt zum Haus ist auch ein Erlebnis, aber kein Problem.

Einfach herrlich! Es lief alles problemlos, von der Buchung, über den Check in; vor Ort ist alles in top Zustand; alles sauber, einfach perfekt ausgestattet; die Küche sowie das Haus an sich. Die Mückennetze vor allen Fenstern und Türen sind Gold wert; der Pool ist erfrischend, wir haben absolut gar nichts zu meckern. Die Zuwegung ist schon jedes Mal eine kleine Herausforderung; 5km durch ein gefühltes Nirgendwo; aber dafür wird man mit diesem grandiosen Ausblick und einer ruhigen Umgebung belohnt. Sir waren sogar bereits zum 2. Mal mit unserer Familie dort. Ein 3. Mal ist definitiv nicht ausgeschlossen! Die neu installierte Klimaanlage ist ein Plus, fanden wir super obwohl wir sie selten gebraucht haben.

Wunderschöner Blick über die Bucht bis Rijeka. Das Haus ist ebenfalls super, es isr alles da, was man ( Frau) benötigt, z.B.eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Zudem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Mit 3 Schlafzimmern war es für uns genau das Richtige! Auch unser Vierbeiner durfte mit - was leider sonst eher ein Problem ist.Fazit: ein toller Urlaub für die ganze Familie-wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Auch war der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin sehr nett, wir können somit auch die Agentur sehr empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Haus und Meerblick

Die Anfahrt war abenteuerlich, aber der Ausblick und das Haus sind es Wert. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist die Balkonumrandung, die Querstreben sind nicht geeignet für Kleinkinder und kleine Hunde.

Traumhafter Urlaub.

Wir haben unseten Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus war ultimativ ein Glücksgriff, sauber toll ausgestattet, der Pool ein Traum, check in and out super einfach. Alles in allem ganz hervorragend. Dankeschön!

Perfekt für eine Auszeit

Wir haben mit unserem Hund eine Woche in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Bei der Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Unterkunft war sauber, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, der Pool wird 2x die Woche gereinigt und der Kontakt mit der Vermietung war freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Aussicht auf die Kvarner Bucht sowie die Insel Cres waren traumhaft schön. Aufgrund der Hanglage konnte man an heißen Tagen leider nicht quer Lüften. Somit waren die Nächte sehr warm und nichts für wärmeempfindiche Menschen. Eine Klimaanlage für die Schlafräume wäre vielleicht eine optionale Lösung. Zum Fazit: Diese Ferienunterkunft können wir sehr gut weiterempfehlen. Sie ist sauber, gepflegt, gut ausgestattet, mit einem großen Pool, der für angenehme Abkühlung sorgt und es gibt im Außenbereich jede Menge Sitzgelegenheiten und Rückzugsorte, um bei einem tollen Ausblick den Alltag vergessen zu lassen. Die Lage des Objekts ist sehr ruhig. Ein top Urlaub!

Im Großen und Ganzen empfehlenswert

Bis auf ein zwei Kleinigkeiten ist das Ferienhaus zu empfehlen. Es fehlt lediglich eine Klima, was wünschenswert währe, da sich das Haus über den Tag aufheizt und die Wärme nur sehr schlecht wieder aus lässt. Der Anfahrtsweg ist sehr „sportlich“ und beim ersten Mal nichts für schwache Nerven. Und die Pool-Leiter gehört erneuert/ repariert/ bearbeitet, da bei den Schrauben die Schutzkappen fehlen und sich dort unser Kind den Zeh aufgeschnitten hatte. Aber Aussicht ist top, der Pool ist schön groß, die Betten sind bequem und ganz wichtig es ist sauber.

Wunderschöner ruhiger Ort

Wir haben sehr erholsame Tage in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbringen können. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts; die Küche ist voll ausgestattet; alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt; die Betten sind bequem und sogar der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus ist vorhanden. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, der Pool groß genug um sogar ein paar Runden zu schwimmen. All dies wird nur von der unglaublich schönen Aussicht noch übertroffen

Traumhaus

Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Die Anfahrt ist sehr abenteuerlich,aber es lohnt sich. Ein atemberaubender Ausblick. Der Pool ist bis 15/16 Uhr in der Sonne, danach war es uns im Schatten zu frisch. Wir haben einfach unsere Ausflüge auf den Nachmittag verlegt.Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Es war sauber und ist sehr gemütlich. Mit einem Wort das Haus ist Perfekt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Eine Ruheoase

Abenteuerliche Anreise, man hat bei der Zufahrt nach Mali Kosi fast das Gefühl dort lebt niemand, aber dann ein wunderschönes Fleckchen mit einer Vielzahl von wunderschönen Villen und der Ausblick auf die Kvarner Bucht und Insel Cres einfach atemberaubend. Gerne wieder 😎

Der Pool wurde alle zwei Tage gereinigt. Abenteuerlich war die Fahrt von Labin zur Unterkunft. Der morgendliche Sonnenaufgang war ein Traum. In der Unterkunft hat es an Nichts gefehlt.

Herrlicher Pool und wunderschöner Meerblick

Wir haben als 6-köpfige Familie eine sehr angenehme Woche in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Der Ausblick vom Haus aufs Meer war traumhaft und der Pool schön groß und immer herrlich erfrischend und sauber. Auch die Ausstattung des Hauses ließ wirklich nichts zu wünschen übrig: geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet und an alles gedacht - von Bettwäsche über Handtücher, Grill, Sonnensegel und einer kompletten, gut funktionierenden Küchenausstattung bis hin zu Gewürzen, Öl und Geschirrspülertabs etc. war alles da. Alles war in tadellosem Zustand und ausreichend für 6 Personen. Wenn die Sonne brannte, konnte man um das Haus herum zu allen Tageszeiten einen gemütlichen schattigen Platz zum Sitzen finden. Die Kommunikation (auf deutsch) mit der Betreuerin vor Ort klappte reibungslos. Das nette Begrüßungsgeschenk hat uns sehr gefreut. Vielen Dank für alles!

Traumhaftes Haus mit wunderbaren Blick. Man fährt ca. 15 Minuten zu dem kleinen Ort über eine enge Straße. Im Haus selber war alles vorhanden, Kontakt war unkompliziert.

Sehr tolles Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Das Haus befindet sich in einer abgelegenen kleinen Siedlung. Es hat besten Meerblick, ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat auch ein kühles Schlafzimmer wenn es draussen heiss ist. Der Pool ist großartig und wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Der Empfang durch die Hausverwalterin war sehr nett und unkompliziert.
