The living/dining room has a spacious area of 30 square meters and is equipped with satellite TV (flat screen) and air conditioning. This room also provides access to the terrace. One of the rooms on the ground floor features a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, satellite TV (flat screen), and air conditioning, with an exit leading to the terrace. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate WC on this level. The entire ground floor benefits from floor heating and forced-air heating systems.
