Kleine Fewo in zentraler Lage

Schöne zentrale Lage der Ferienwohnung. Jedoch sehr kleine Wohnung, alles sehr eng. Der Preis in der Nebensaison (wir waren im Oktober da) mit rund 800.-€ für eine Woche ist unangemessen hoch. Preis-/Leistung stimmt nicht!

Die Wohnung liegt zwar zentral, doch sehr ruhig und angenehm zum Schlafen. Mit zwei Personen ist sie ideal, doch auch mit mehr Personen zu bewohnen. Stellplatz direkt vor dem Haus ist sehr von Vorteil, beim ein und ausladen. Wir würden beim nächsten Besuch, gerne wieder diese Wohnung buchen Ein Wischer für die Dusche wäre super.

Entspannen in Laboe

Die Ferienwohnung ist vollständig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir sind herein gekommen und haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Leider war die Heizung im Wohnbereich defekt. Aber der nette Herr vom Service hat sich sogleich um dieses Problem gekümmerte. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und doch sehr ruhig. Es fehlt soweit nichts und man kann einen entspannten Urlaub hier verbringen. Als Tipp; eine kleine Ablage in der Dusche für Duschutensilien wär schön. Wir würden die Wohnung jeder Zeit wieder buchen. Oder zumindest bei Appartement-Service Laboe anfragen.

Wieder einmal sehr schön

Wir haben während Weinachten/Silvester 2022/2023 auch zum 2. male diese ruhige Ferienwohnung gemietet. Am Service war wie immer nichts auszusetzen, die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und das Box-Spring-Bett war für mich als Rückenschmerzen geprägter sehr angenehm. Ebenfalls aus diesem Grund fand ich es sehr schön das der PKW-Stellplatz direkt vor der Haustür war, da ging das transportieren des Gepäcks ohne Treppensteigen. Das alte Kapitänshaus liegt im Ortskern so das der Weg zum Bäcker etc. sehr kurz ausfiel. Dennoch war es eine ruhige Ferienwohnung da sich der Eingang im hinteren Bereich des Hauses befindet. Es war mal wieder ein gelungener Jahreswechsel und der nächste Urlaub im Februar ist schon gebucht.
