"1. Superb view. From the pool deck. 2. Good location for the marina and excursions. 3. Nice pool and friendly staff in the restaurant. 4. Check in was frustrating as reception desk staff was unhelpful 5. No special Expedia premium welcoming 6. Restaurant food was ok but breakfast underwhelmed and dinner was only ok after we found out piecemeal that most of the items we ordered (ie almost all the steaks) were not available."

"Felt more like a resort than a hotel. Great facilities and staff. Stayed here for two nights and would do so again. Grocery store in the basement, fried chicken place in the lobby, and restaurant and pool bar in the hotel were all great to have nearby."

"Really amazing property! Gorgeous and the staff are so attentive and helpful. The jetty was so perfect for Sunny days - can jump into the water and it’s perfect. There’s a bar at the end that will keep you hydrated. Every spot in the hotel was ideal for watching the sunset. Amenities were great, the only reason for 4 stars is that so many of them were behind a “paywall.” When you’re paying this much per night, you would hope that snorkel gear is provided free of charge at the least! With that said, they had a nice yoga/stretching class for free and a well maintained gym."

"Great stay before and after our Komodo boat tour. Close to airport and hotel shuttle made it easy to get to hotel and back. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and adjoining restaurant breakfast was great - even offering a takeaway for our early morning departure. Only one odd thing to note, first room we were in had kettle and coffee/tea. Second room, no kettle and we were told they don't provide it. Just a little weird."
