“雖然飯店大門外觀有遭人塗鴉看起來不是很美觀，但內部還算乾淨，門口就是地鐵出口也很便利，附近也有大型超市可以購買食材，櫃台服務人員也很友善，不過櫃檯的服務時間偏短，比較不利於check in/ check out需要找人溝通，而check out後的寄放行李可能需要加強管理，此次雖然行李並沒有遺失東西，但寄放過程中，櫃台人員並沒有一直監看，也沒有提供領取憑證，會讓人擔心有很高遺失風險”

“La struttura è nuovissima, comoda, spaziosa e pulita. In auto ci vogliono circa 10 minuti per raggiungere il parcheggio di lunga sosta di Fiumicino. Il parcheggio interno è ulteriore punto a favore, così come la ricca colazione (di prodotti confezionati) che viene messa a disposizione dei clienti. La comunicazione via whatsapp è efficace, tuttavia il sistema di ricezione delle chiavi un po' farraginoso. Si potrebbe forse semplificare questa procedura, in modo da lasciare maggiore flessibilità……

“The apartment is beautiful. Spacious with good- sized bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a large, well decorated common area/living room. The apartment is within close walking distance of several major sites. Alessandro was a friendly and very responsive host. “We had a place booked and they canceled at the last minute! Booked this because we needed someplace to stay. VERY happy with this last minute choice. A two minute flat walk to the bus stop where cabs were also available. It was larger than we thought it would be. I gave my daughter the bedroom and I slept on the queen size pull out. The place was large enough to leave it pulled out and still get around. Slept like a baby. Clearly it was on older building because the front door was about 20 feet……

“Overall a great stay. Check in process was great and they were extremely flexible and communicated clearly as our flight was canceled and we landed a day later than we were supposed to. The Vrbo is located on a quiet street but within walking distance to many of the main attractions in Rome. Highly recommend. ”

“Fantastic stay in Trastavere. Apartment was clean and spacious. Lots of room for whole family to have their own space. Beautiful balcony with views. Centrally located and easy to get to all major attractions within 20min. Lively night life but apartment was quiet with windows closed. AC worked well. Best part is Rafaella was always available with quick responses. Very professional and helpful. Will stay here again next time we are back in Rome!”

"IQ Hotel was awesome! Great value for money! Clean, new, and really gave extras- free water, snacks, juices daily, and even sent a bottle of wine as birthday greeting! They also have a “shower & go” service which we used since we checked out at noon but went around the city before our evening flight. The only suggestion is for the gym - to have a toilet & water dispenser. "
