The first impression is strong. Nice welcome and good intro to the room. Room was nicely equipped but wasn’t 100% clean. We did mention it to reception and it was eventually recognised but not addressed. Maybe we were being critical but it’s a 5 star and you shouldn’t have hairs from a previous occupant ...

Beds were super comfy ,good a/c but the cleaning needs doing mirrors tiles ect staff were amazing, disappointed by the pool which is working but was out of bounds and needs a good clean ,thr pool.at the main hotel was perfect but it would have been nice to use the one at our apartments in the other ...
