「Restaurant had very good meals, variety was good, flan was over-the-top. Continental breakfast (included in my package) was well stocked with options, but the coffee and tea were not hot. Scrambled egg was cooked to order. Spa was very nice, including sauna (hot or dry), private whirlpool, massage, pool, hot tub; but the exercise room equipment needed repairing. I would return to/recommend this property.」

「Great stay , accommodated my lack of Spanish. Spa is good but advertised “hot rocks” and did not deliver. Restaurant was great and also helped with the language barrier. Short walk to mountain and Ski area . No room service and house keeping did not include dishes 🤔」

「Our total experience was fantastic. From the ideal location to the picturesque views out our balcony to the wonderful food at the hotel’s restaurant, Stag. However, what stood out most of all was the fantastic service and how we were treated. The property is family owned and that’s exactly how they treated us - like family. Received a tour of the property’s expansion currently under construction - Wow, it’s going to be amazing. First rate, would recommend without reservation!」

「The hotel is nice and new, so it's very clean. Our room was super nice and you cannot beat the view of the lake. The staff was friendly and helpful, and it's within walking distance to downtown which was convenient. The breakfast is good, but the dinner we had was only okay and we felt like it was significantly overpriced. And the pool area is nice but they need some umbrellas for the people that would like a little shade. Also, the lighting in the bathroom of our room was not very good. 」
