不满意：清洁度
The bedsheets had stains and the bathtub was blocked up and leaked so the floors was wet. Bathroom was dirty especially the toilet seats. The air conditioner also leaked into the room The rooms smelled musty. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. The staff on the intercom was rude. The lift/ elevator does not work. Generally a lot of improvement is needed.

My Experience Staying Here

The front desk staff were very kind and willing yo help. I actually forgot my bag full of important belongings, and the cleaner rushed to stop my driver from driving off, just to give me back my bag full of important items. If you guys read this by any chance, thank you again. Overall, the stay was comfortable for a quick stop.

Nice and cosy place to stay.

Friendly and professional staff. Duplex apartment was nice with its own kitchenette. However there was no running hot water, it only comes in a bucket on request. Also there’s no choice of breakfast, you eat what they serve. I would have thought buffet breakfast would be in place for a place that pricey.

Not impressed!

If you need a place to lay your head, maybe ok. I was on the 4th floor and the elevator was out of service most of the time. Don’t bother to purchase the breakfast because it’s nothing you want to eat. The room furniture appears old. I chose to go there because they stated somewhere that there’s a kitchen but what they failed to tell you is it is not in every room if it’s in any room. Above all, the neighborhood is not admirable. So if any of these matters to you ask questions.
