"Second time here. It’s very good, especially if you have kids. 5 min ride on the shuttle bus to Disneyland. Prompt shuttle service. The only downside is the layout of the hotel can be a little confusing. But overall, I’d be back again to stay. It has everything you need. They even have a shop near the lobby to buy personal things so you don’t have to travel with all the little Knick knacks, or if you forgot something, they will have it in the shop."

"Rooms are about 95% clean, housekeeping can take a little bit more time. Check the ceiling above shower. Food crumbs under the desk table in the room. My window screen was on the patio and not on the window frame, housekeeping should have caught that. I put the screen back on, I didn't call for help. I am a current Director for HK and Maintenance in a 306 room building."

"Great proximity to the parks. Rooms good, clean and had everything I needed. Requested housekeeping for each day in advance and it was great! I did notice that the lobby and common areas felt really run down and not very clean. Rooms felt much better taken care of, so I guess I can't really complain too much! Also, there were three elevators but they were really slow and took a long time to get. Would recommend to families who want to be close to the parks at a good value."
