Clean resort, but did not follow through with requests made. I requested a birthday cake for my mom & a birthday banner. They sent my mom a photo of the “surprise” & asked her who her “surprise” cake was for.
Fell in the lobby with my 3 month old son in my hands due to a wet floor.
Closing doors at restaurants automatically closed on my 2 year old & myself when walking through them.
Also requested a double bed for my family and received a king bed.
