Nice quiet place to stay. How ever I would definitely get some side bed table instead of a shelf by the bed side that looks like it’s falling off the wall. The kitchen was lacking a few things, regular salt and pepper shakers would be nice not whole pepper corns and salt we had to use the blender to make regular salt and pepper when cooking, we could of also use a few other regular seasonings for cooking. Foil would have been nice to use for cooking, and some plastic baggies to keep things in. There was no ice in the ice bin at all it didn’t work.

First: The bad..We had no idea that the first floor condo we rented required us to navigate steep concrete steps down from the parking lot level until we received our check in email just a few days before the rental start date.Much to our surprise, this last minute email informed us that 2 windows to the condo were broken and could not be opened,,,huh? The bathrooms had no useable cabinets or any storage areas for supplies..remember, this is a condo...NOT a hotel room! We our bedroom/bathroon area had 2 storage cabintes which were locked and unuseable because they contained the owners personal property...WHAT?The general condition of the condo was below average. The walls and baseboards were worn and scuffed. Our bedroom window glass was cracked and dangerous sharp edges protruded (see photo)..Neither bedroom clost has any hangars (we had to buy some)..There was toilet tissue but...No paper towels..No napkins..No kleenex..One small trash bag..No spices or condiments..No broom..No mop..No dish brush..No glass cleaner or other cleaners..The last-minute check-in email said that we could not park our rental car in the outside parking lot overnight or it would be towed!!!We had to park overnight in the provided garage which was so narrow that our medium size SUV barely fit.The grounds were outside were unkempt with dead leaves and unpruned bushes everywhere.The Good:Great locationGreat pool and spaGreat bedsWe will not stay there again!

We had a great stay in this place! It was close to where we had to go and to the beach. The place is nicely furnished and spotless upon arrival.

The owner was very quick with replys. Communication was awesome. The room was clean and we enjoyed having 2 baths. We didn’t get to use the facilities at the association but everything looked good. The area was quiet and well kept

Failure to clean - failure to refund

Unfortunately, the host did not have the condo cleaned prior to our arrival. It was left filthy by the previous guests. The host requested us to leave the location for 3-4 hours so he could get his cleaners over to do their job. Being a Friday evening at 5pm, this was NOT an option for me. I needed to quickly find another place to stay for the weekend, hoping that would be possible. The host generously offered a full refund if that is what I needed to do. Once I informed him that I had booked another place to stay, he then said I would need to contact VRBO. VRBO told me I was too late for a cancellation and they could not give a full, but they did refund their service fee.

Short Family Visit

Overall nice and quiet location nestled in the hills. Liked having a garage for our vehicle. Need to warn future guests of stairs descending to unit. Believed 1st floor to mean no stairs. The furniture was not very comfortable and most of the unit was clean except the floors. Our socks were filthy after walking the floors. Did not appreciate having to strip beds and start laundry of sheets and towels. That’s usually included in cleaning services. Also the late checkin of 4:00pm was inconvenient especially due to rush hour traffic in the area.
