"An older more classic style Shangri-La hotel. I have stayed on multiple occasions and thoroughly enjoyed my stay this time around. I will return when in Makati."
"The hotel and staff are amazing. It’s clean, comfortable with great amenities. Close to everything you need. Couldn’t give it and all the staff higher paise. Will stay there again for every trip I make."
