Amazing Summer Sunsets

This was our family's first vacation rental trip. Sarah was an amazing host. Extremely responsive to questions and exceeded expectations. Property was better than described. Views from the lanai were remarkable. Property has everything you need for your Maui vacation. Will visit again.

Amazing stay!

The condo was quite comfortable and very nicely done! We were traveling with our two adult daughters, and the condo had everything that we needed and then some! The views were absolutely stunning! Sarah was a great host! We had many questions, and she was always prompt and informative! Her recommendations were spot on, which we greatly appreciated, due to the fact that it was our first trip to Maui! Don’t hesitate on booking this property! We are confident that it will not disappoint!

Absolutely Wonderful

We were so pleased to have found this condo. The listing looked wonderful but you never know if the "real thing" is going to be as good as the pictures. The pictures don't do the condo justice. Great location, fantastic view, comfortable beds, nice shower. We'll definitely go back! I give this condo 10 stars out of 10!

This property is amazing! Views can not be beat...they are gorgeous!! The condo is fully equipped with everything you will need and there are plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. Will definitely be back!!

We loved our stay and accommodations in Kannapali, Maui. The views and whale watching during the winter months is our favorite time to visit. The condo provided more than we needed to make our experience wonderful. We will return!

Great location and awesome views

This property exceeded our expectations (which were already high based on the pictures and description). Sarah was responsive to any communication and great to work with. The condo was clean and comfortable, with every amenity that we wanted. Good beaches were an easy walk away and whale watching from the living room or lanai was phenomenal. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing oceanfront views, an extremely communicative host, fantastic amenities, and close proximity to everything you want to see in Maui! We were able to watch turtles from the living room window! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful condo!

Amazing Stay

This place is one of the best we have ever stayed at. You cannot ask for a better location and the view is priceless. Complex has everything you need on site. The food truck village close by is a true treat. Condo is very comfortable and just as advertised. Owner Sarah is amazing with communication and very helpful. We will be going back!

We are official whale watchers….

We left for Maui with a list of things to do. This property is so beyond, a front row seat to whales. Lots of whales, lots and lots of whales. We watched through binoculars in the room then from the beach then had to find a boat to get us closer. The host had games so we played games and still watched whales. Beautiful, every amenity you need plus a ton more. Comfortable rooms, unlimited kitchen access. Simply perfect.

Perfect and Peaceful

Our family group of three had a great experience at this property.We spent hours watching whales, sea turtles, monk seal and surfers while enjoying morning coffee or an afternoon refresher on the well protected (from wind and afternoon sun) deck.We were delighted to discover the beach boardwalk started from the parking area of the property, allowing us access to the shops and restaurants all the way to Whaler’s Village.We were also very pleased with the tennis/pickle ball court which was very lightly used and easy to sign up for, offering great shade all morning. The grounds were well kept and there was always a set of lounging chairs by the pool or in the pleasant grass area near the ocean, a perk for staying at this property vs one of the larger resorts nearby.We found all that we needed in the unit, from games to yoga mats and beach chairs. The beds were comfortable and the space was very clean.We did need to figure out a bit of a trick to opening the door (seems a slow turn of the handle was best). Communication with Sarah (the owner) was easy and always pleasant.We had a great week! Thank you!

Maui condo with a view

This condo is super clean and stylish. Windows from floor to ceiling in living room. Stunning view of the sunset, rainbows, beach and water right below. Amenities include a community large pool and jacuzzi. Air conditioning to keep it cool in the Summer heat. Location north of the busiest area though lovely walk along the beach to get to Black Rock. Plenty of space to spread out with our 2 children. Washer and Dryer helpful to clean our beach clothes. Close to grocery store. Had our family pics taken on the beach... a service conveniently offered by the building. Owner super easy to communicate with and offered many suggestions.

Amazing views!

Sarah’s condo was beautiful with amazing views and amenities. The location is absolutely gorgeous. It is well stocked with all the “extra” essentials you could ever imagine (beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach towels, spices) and typically do not find in other rental properties. Sarah was great all throughout the process. The only issue we had, and I hesitate to even mention, but the unit had not been thoroughly cleaned and there appeared to be a cockroach problem as we saw them everyday. We bought traps and sprayed and the HOA sprayed while we were there but the roaches persisted. Sarah was great throughout though which helped a lot.

AWESOME !!!

We were priviledged to stay in this gorgeous home for 10 days in the beginning of December 2015 and everything was perfect in this thoroughly updated place! My husband and I, along with our two sons, went to Maui to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday; it was the first trip in close to 10 years that we took. He doesn't travel well and is very fastidious. We spent weeks going through literally hundreds of rentals around Maui and finally found this oceanfront, beachfront unit. The pictures depicted exactly what we looking for and we booked it. When I said earlier that everything was perfect, I meant it. The home was clean, clean, clean, which is crucial. The stunning views from the lanai and living room were absolutely incredible! (We saw rainbows stretching across the water!!!) The rooms were spacious; the beds were very comfortable; the spanking clean kitchen was stocked with quality kitchenware (even the flatware was Gorham 18/10 - very impressive for a rental!!). Quality beach paraphernalia were available for use - Tommy Bahama umbrella and beach chairs (again, very impressive), boogie boards, towels, etc. Two hours after settling in on our first day there, one of my sons said "I know this place is perfect because Dad hasn't made one complaint yet!" The Mahana property itself was wonderful as well. Every day we saw the maintenance crew cleaning glass doors and entrances; polishing furniture; mopping wet grounds by the pool and hot tub. They even wiped the outside light domes every morning! The owner (Sarah) was a pleasure to deal with. She was thoroughly accomodating and timely responsive. Again, such a pleasure! Going to Maui was a trip in a lifetime for us; but what made it perfect (again, that word) was staying in this place. Thank you Sarah!

The Mahana never disappoints and we love coming here because of how close you are to the water. The sound of the ocean echoes in every room. This unit was very clean and exactly as described. We had everything we needed for the beach, a well stocked kitchen and VIEWS! This is a great stretch of Kaanapali beach!

Great Vacation !

It’s a beautiful condo close to the water. The four of us (2 couples) had a wonderful week watching the sunsets and turtles from the lanai. Condo has everything you might need for your stay with a well stocked kitchen. All in all very good experience.

Heaven in Maui. A perfect 10!

There's a reason this place has a 10/10 rating - it's kinda perfect! We went in with pretty high expectations (based on the pictures and reviews) and every single one was exceeded. The location is spectacular (when they say "right on the beach" it's literal), the space is gorgeous and super well appointed, and Sarah couldn't have been kinder or more accommodating. We had a glorious stay, including hours on the lanai watching dolphins and se turtles and even had a visit from (and apparently low-key famous) seal. We'd go back in a heart-beat and would recommend it to anyone.

Family spring break

The views from the condo are amazing. On the first morning, we saw whales, dolphins, turtles, and two monk seals. We enjoyed the hot tub and quick access to the beach. This was our second time at the condo, and it was perfect once again!
