Everything was so nice! Was an incredible place to stay and have fun with your family! Restaurant on site was very good and had great store with tons of needed stuff! Grocery store very close to property and a spot within walking distance to 12-15 different food trucks! 5 star experience!

We had a wonderful stay at HONUA Kai resort. Whale watching from the room and walking down to the easy beach access was terrific. Everyone loved it! The kids loved the pools too. One person in our group would have liked more restaurant options nearby.

We had a great trip and want to come back! The views were amazing, the overall property was great for our kids with all of the pools, and the hosts were super responsive, easy to get a hold of, and helpful whenever we needed it it. We even left a bag in the room accidentally and they helped us retrieve it after we were already at the airport. Really amazing service and thank you!

This is a beautiful location. The condo has great views of the ocean and courtyard, the pool and beach areas are amazing. We were disappointed in the condo because the microwave was broken, and though there was a smaller one there, it wasn't as useful. The dishwasher worked about 1/2 the time. The Freezer unit is full of rust. When we arrived, the sink was gurgling and had a sewer gas odor. Though none of these are game changers, they make the unit feel as though it has been neglected. We did express our concerns to Maui Rentals and they were glad that we did. I'm sure the issues have been fixed by now. We would certainly stay here again. Honua Kai is a fantastic, island experience. And the water slide! well as our grandson Otto would say 'Water slide again!'

A family trip. Accommodation was perfect! Awesome kitchen with everything needed, Big comfortable rooms. Lots of extras, wine cooler, Smart tv in all 3 rooms, high chair and cot provided for toddler, beach equipment…. Great view of Maui sunset. Great water fun for adults and kids. Absolutely perfect!

Amazing location and view right in the heart of everything. Well equipped. Pools and other amenities were excellent too. It has beach access Only issue was if three people would go for a shower the forth person would definitely get cold water.

Our family of 10 enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean from every room. It’s a little tight sleeping 10 but the living space is large. The kitchen is large and lovely but really need some large frying pans and pots. The pots and pans are very small. We stayed for 12 nights so it would have been nice to have a few cleaning supplies available so we could clean the toilets etc. The valet and bellman were amazing and helpful both times we’ve stayed at this condo. We loved this location and will stay again !

Beautiful Condo and excellent staff. Considering the cost we felt it everything should have been on point. Some maintenance had not been done on the unit prior to our arrival to fix obviously broken cabinets (falling off) & towel rack hanging on one side in main bath. Also, an inventory of the kitchen is needed to support future stays. We felt we did not receive enough paper good to support our stay and number of guests. Exp: 2 rolls of paper towels and 2 garbage bags for 7 nights/7 guests was inadequate. Other than that we were happy with comfort of unit and quality of resort overall.

We enjoyed our week at 525 Konea! It was perfect for the 7 of us (5 adults and 2 kids). The unit was updated, clean and had all the amenities for a family (kitchen, stove, oven, microwave and even a Vitamix for our smoothies & pina coladas. The resort pool and water slide were a hit with the entire family. Times Market was just across the street and we were able to grab groceries by just walking over. So convenient! One day we locked up the AC and Maui Resort Rentals sent over a tech right away and fixed it. Now, that’s service! Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely come back again! 😊

This place was amazing. Beautiful interior with amazing view of Pacific Ocean with Lani mountains in the background. We had two problems with equipment in the unit. Washer and dryer were not working very well. One bathtub stopper leaked. Water leaked out quickly. I called to report the problems. Engineering said they would come by and look at it but nothing was fixed. Other than these minor issues we had a really great stay.

This was our second time staying at Honua Kai Resort and Spa. We loved it so much the first time that we felt like we could not go back to Maui and not stay here! We are so glad we did! We are a family of 7 and all of us fit comfortably. There was more than ample space in the condo. All bedrooms had a view of the ocean which was a plus! One bedroom had two queen beds which was why we booked this condo in the first place. I hope the owners/rental agency does not change that. I think people underestimate how convenient it is to have an extra bed in one of the rooms so no one has to sleep on the pull out couch. The view from the lanai was amazing and we felt like we were home for the week. Maui Resort Rentals was excellent. When we looked in the closet, we only had three beach chairs and no umbrella. I made a quick call and they accommodated my request for an umbrella and brought us 4 more beach chairs! Everything at the resort was fantastic, the people friendly, and we never felt like it was overcrowded. Our only complaint was the Viking freezer was making ice, but it would immediately freeze into a big block. It really was a non issue, but I did mention to Maui Resort Rentals so they knew there was a problem. Hopefully it was fixed for the next guest. We will absolutely stay at Honua Kai Resort our next trip to Maui. If this condo is available, I will book again. Gorgeous! If you are debating whether to spend a little extra for this resort, do it. You will not be disappointed. I
