Wow, what a place.
So our only small negative was the floors were dirty, sand throughout and food crumbs in kitchen, (and no parking pass which got solved quickly). And I get it the cleaning people wear shoes so can't feel the sand, and seem to use a vacuum on hardwoods, we communicated this to the leasing company but nothing. So we bought a broom (hope they left it for the next renters) swept the place and moved on.
So now the positives! This place is just as described, we opened the front door at 1100 at night after getting off our flight and were met with the sound of the ocean crashing right outside our patio door and warm breeze. Slept well in the great bed with the breeze blowing in the window.
Kitchen was outfitted great, nothing lacking (coffee pot doesn't need filters) salt & pepper, paper towels etc.
Beach stuff, this place has it all, beach chairs a great beach umbrella, swim noodles, cooler, beach towels. Was great we only had to rent snorkel gear for a great day at the beach. But that Lanai, wow killer views , quiet complex, waves, rainbows and Whales everywhere. We spent a lot of time on that lanai.
Over all our best stay on Maui (third trip to this island)
Walking distance to a couple small beach's, Maui Brewing company and don't miss the Whaler General store, best mix of Poke we saw!
