「The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. We tried to turn it down to 66 and eventually 64, and I have a temp meter and the room was reading 80 degrees at night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn't open the windows...

「Rooms were decent. Housekeeping was very friendly and nice! There’s a restaurant on the property, pool, gym, spa, and right next to the beach. There are other restaurants nearby. Whalers Village is about a 20 minutes walk and is good for shopping and dining. I gave 4/5 stars because I was never told about a $75 drink/dine credit during check-in. I am thankful for the person that checked me out mentioned it, so I was able to take advantage of it right at the last minute.」

「Location was good. It was about a 8 minute walk to the Kaanapali boardwalk and beach - which is absolutely beautiful! Beach at resort was not really usable. This is a north facing unit and didn’t receive any sun during our stay but it does have an ocean view which is nice! This is an old building and unit.
