"I had a wonderful stay at this historic hardwood-framed mountain chalet. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Jennifer, the Hotel Manager, went to extraordinary lengths to facilitate my very late arrival, even upgrading my room. She was fantastic. I also stayed an extra night. The breakfast spread both days was delicious and varied. The view is superb. Highly recommended."

"The house was clean and well stocked. My family, including my parents stayed at the house, and we were all very comfortable. You are located close to Lake Arrowhead Village, so it is easy to get anything that you need. The house is also close to Lake Arrowhead resort & Spa, in case you are attending any events there. You won’t regret picking this place. The host is very easy to work with and very communicative. I would stay here again!"

"This property is beautiful and so well appointed. The beds are comfortable. There is plenty of tableware and cutlery. the view is spectacular! Super fun touches of the juke box and the video games. On top of that, communication with the hosts was A Some things future renters should know... of note this is ALL in the house manual, but if you don't read it before you get there, you could get surprised.1)They don't supply propane and there may or may not be some left for you from a previous guest, so plan to get some if you want to use the grill2) The garage door code did not work for us. There is a work around - come into the house and open the garage door from the inside. It is not a deal breaker, at all, it just would have been nice if it had been working."
