"We had a wonderful stay in this stunning home! I especially loved the different comfy options for watching TV and relaxing. Also, I love a clean, updated bathrooom and kitchen. This property delivers! But the most enjoyable and refreshing part of our stay was the easy, warm communicaiton with its host - Jon. He is wonderful!"
Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa

"The room was clean, bed was okay. The balcony view is misleading for the room we got as it looked into a group of trees. The staff was very friendly. The food was good as well as the drinks at the bar. The hot tub was very nice and hot!! The space down by the lake had chairs to sit in by the water. The only thing missing was a bonfire, the pit there was locked up not being used. Overall a 9 out of 10 experience. Would recommend and possibly go back should I be in the area again for vacation."

"The accomodations were wonderful and the place was in show room condition. we didn't have time to utilize the trail passes that the host provided as there was more than enough to do, maybe next time. The view was even more beautiful than the pics. The neighborhood was amazingly quiet, didn't hear much of anything, don't think many of the residents are there during the week. The village is very quaint and very clean, they take a lot of pride in making sure your stay is the best it can be.The restaurants and the food...WOW. The host was always available for any questions or suggestions. Read some of the history books of the area before you venture out , their right there on the end tables. The kitchen is very well equipped, everything but the food, but then who wants to cook with the great dinning in the village. Thank you Marilyn, we will be back. 5 star ALL the way!"

"I'll cover a couple key major points.1. Host was great, communicative, available, and while I had no issues I needed to raise, they were happy to help and give additional information that was more than was necessary, but was much appreciated.2. Property was as described, clean, comfortable, and we had a pleasant stay there, amenities were nice, and it was quiet and relaxing. It's close the main areas of Lake Arrowhead, but not too close where it could be a distraction. Just a reminder, this is in the mountains, there roads are windy, there are stairs, etc...3. Kitchen and bathrooms were very useful and well designed. 4. All in all, highly recommend if this is the type of property/get-away that you are looking for."

"The Wifi info that we were given did not work at all! We did not have WiFi the entire trip. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It might have been more comfortable to sleep on the floor. The coffee maker did not work, which we realized after several failed attempts. The TV did not work at all. We did not have any TV the entire trip. The place was completely empty, except for us. What a ripoff and scam this place is! Also, I will never use this booking site ever again. I feel betrayed and scammed."
