Family Friendly

I would really prefer a kitchen stocked with more basics!

Nice Getaway

We had a great time. Close to the Lake Arrowhead Village. One downside was that the backyard furniture wasn't cleaned. We had to clear out all of the cobwebs and give it a good wipe down to use. Also the partial AC was a bit lacking as it took forever for the units to cool down the rooms upstairs. Besides that nice place to stay with kids/dogs.

Great Getaway

This house was super cute and perfect for a family. Upstairs has a king bed and a room with a bunkbed with a shared bathroom in the hall. Downstairs had the queen bed with its own bathroom. The house is upgraded and very nicely decorated. The backyard is fantastic with a wood-burning stove, a grill, and seating with outdoor lighting to enjoy the nighttime sky. The area is quiet and the neighborhood is nice. You can’t hear or see your neighbors. The rental does not have lake access. The kitchen could use a few more items like a strainer and maybe a regular coffee maker. It has a Keurig. The heating and hot water work well and we were nice and cozy in the cooler evenings. Thanks for a great stay!

Super Cozy!

This house was great for our weekend getaway with a comfy setup and cozy atmosphere! We enjoyed the outdoor space, the fireplace and the game room, as well as the chance to play games and spend time together with all the little things provided in the house. They were great, even letting us check in early!

An Okay place to stay

Couldn't get into the property initially. Contacted property management gave me another code and it did not work. Had to use key from lock box. Stayed at other VRBO and host actually greeted us and had a stocked kitchen with coffee and condiments. This place had salt and pepper. Downstairs bath had hair on wall. Couch uncomfortable to sit and watch TV high on wall

Not happy with VRBO and Vacasa

The house was nicely decorated but the management company vacassa really dropped the ball. There were mouse droppings and urine in all the beds. VRBO wouldn’t find us another place. VRBO and Vacassa have basically been “oh well sorry you had a problem.” VRBO actually rudely asked “do you have proof” after sending them pictures. They have been completely silent since it was first reported. Beyond disappointing a hotel would not allow this to happen.
