Entry Level

The entry level is spacious and bright with spectacular lake and treetop views. It hosts a well-appointed gourmet kitchen with European style cabinetry, quartz counters and stainless appliances. The beautifully furnished great room and dining space are on this level as well as bathroom, fireplace, and decks. The first of 3 spectacular bedrooms is on the level as well.



Upper Level (2nd Story)

The upper level houses 2 bedrooms under classic A-frame roofing. The first with twin beds, the second with a queen. All 3 bedrooms have lake views, quality furnishings, pillow top mattresses and luxury bedding.



Bathroom

Located on the entry level, the bathroom reflects modern European style. Features include ceramic flooring, hardwood cabinetry and a stunning glass shower enclosure. Well stocked with plush towels, spa quality toiletries and hair dryer.



Home Entertainment

Lakeview Charmer is home entertainment rich. Featuring Wi-Fi, cable, (3) Hi-Def TV's, (3) Amazon Fire TV Sticks, (1) iPad, (1) Amazon Echo and (1) Bose Bluetooth speaker. Subscription services include Amazon Music and Prime Video.



Outdoor Living Spaces

Placing an equal emphasis on outdoor living, Lakeview Charmer has both front and rear decks. Features include ample seating, dining table, over-sized stainless BBQ, and fire pit.

The property has everything expected from a luxury vacation home. The kitchen is complete with high quality cookware, utensils, and gadgets. As well as a large selection of K-cups for the Keurig coffee maker. There is a tasteful selection of mountain themed table settings. The laundry comes complete with heavy duty washer & dryer, related supplies, and iron with board.

Lake Arrowhead Village shops and restaurants are a quick 2-minute drive. Sky Park at Santa’s Village, about 5.



Blue Jay Village

Downtown Blue Jay is a short 3-mile drive and home to Jensen’s Foods, Starbucks, and numerous retail shops & restaurants.



Public Lakes & Trails

There are 3 public lakes serving area residents and tourists. They are Lake Gregory, Green Valley Lake, and Big Bear Lake. All have varying levels of activities and amenities from walking lake parameters, swimming, water slides, watercraft rentals, fishing, food and snacks. There are several state parks and trail systems as well.



Lake Arrowhead

Lake Arrowhead is a private, members only lake, and is not accessible to guests.

Nightmare Stay: Spider Infestation, Unresponsive Host, and Useless VRBO Support.We booked this cabin for President’s day wknd. It turned into a disaster. Within minutes of arriving late at night, we found multiple large spiders (1"–2"), webs across ceilings, closets, and even near the bed, plus visible egg sacs. It was clearly an infestation. We immediately messaged the host, Jon, through VRBO. My wife slept on the sofa with the lights on; I barely slept.Next morning, Jon dismissed the issue, blamed us for not calling his phone, insisted “no insects were detected,” and told us to leave immediately for “health/safety reasons.” We rushed out, never unpacked, and waited hours in a parking lot while he ignored messages and refused to coordinate a refund. With no pet‑friendly options on a holiday weekend, we drove 4.5 hrs. home exhausted. He even sent a checkout reminder on the original departure date.VRBO support was equally terrible—hours on hold, dropped calls, repeated promises of refunds that never materialized. Days later, they admitted no claim had been created and told us to dispute the charge with our credit card, despite acknowledging it was a health/safety issue. Their “guarantees” mean nothing.Days later, the host finally claimed a refund was issued but wouldn’t confirm the amount. Convenient timing, considering VRBO’s 12‑day review window. Beyond the infestation, the host showed zero concern, responsibility, or basic empathy. Avoid this property and platform.

Spent labor day weekend at this wonderful property. The property is as advertised- lake view, stocked kitchen, clean and rooms for the entire family. A Perfectly Peaceful Getaway for TwoThis charming vintage cabin was the ideal escape for just the two of us to unwind, recharge, and soak in the beauty of Lake Arrowhead in late July. The view of the lake from the deck is absolutely lovely, and the setting is wonderfully quiet and serene, exactly what we needed.Access was seamless, and the property manager’s directions were spot-on. As someone who manages 20 vacation rentals daily, I truly appreciated being able to fully relax, reading a good book, enjoying morning coffee while watching bluebirds from the lakeside deck, and taking in the peaceful ambiance of this special place.The cabin is thoughtfully appointed for couples seeking a cozy, intimate retreat. While there is only one small bathroom and no central AC, the main level remained perfectly comfortable during our stay, even in the height of summer. The upstairs bedrooms may be a bit warm for larger groups, but for two people, it was just right.It’s also just around the corner from the Village, so you get the best of both worlds. Quiet lakeside serenity and easy access to shops and dining. We loved our stay and highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a romantic and peaceful mountain getaway.

Our stay in Lake Arrowhead for Memorial Day weekend was wonderful at this cabin! It was very clean with a wonderful view out through the forest and into parts of the lake. It is super close to Lake Arrowhead Village as well! Fantastic stay with my wife and small dog!

Lakeside Charmer Indeed

This is an amazing and cozy property perfect for a single family or 2 small families, the location is perfect as its about 3 mins walking from the village and the lake is always visible. Luxury on the Lake

Booked cabin for birthday celebration just for me and hubby. Check in was easy and the cabin was very clean upon arrival. Smaller than I imagined, but very nice. Partial view of the lake. Problem was no power due to the CA wildfires. Freezing upon arrival and everything was closed in the area except the Stater Bros so we contacted the owner. Quick response. We opted to leave. Disappointed, but not the owner's fault. Owner was very gracious and communicative.

My husband, my young daughter, and myself stayed here. The view is beautiful without a doubt. The first level is nice (living room, dining area, and kitchen) was beautiful. Cons: The bedroom on the first level was extremely dusty filled with cob webs all over with spiders . My youngest has allergies and asthma which were triggered by the dust . The bathroom shower was leaking out of the glass doors. The stairway is not wide enough for a “big” person and the room’s upstairs are very narrow for any thick person to feel comfortable. My husband is 6’1 220!-and was not able to comfortably go upstairs. Overall I feel I only paid for the view and just the use of 1st floor.

Wonderful Mountain Getaway

The Lakeview Charmer was an adorable little cabin and was great for our family's getaway. The owner was easy to communicate with and was always quick to respond. There is no central AC but the AC units that the owner provides work wonderfully and kept us cool in the midst of a rather warm few days. The stairwell up to the second floor of the cabin is a bit tight, but it leads to two delightful bedrooms that are actually larger than I expected them to be. Overall this was a wonderful cabin and I would recommend it to friends and family.
