"Got it the hotel, and they said they couldn’t find the reservation. Had to wait up to 30 minutes to check in while it’s 1am, very frustrating experience. Room was clean though, just terrible front desk."

"Very nice, peaceful place for couples. Great service. The hosts were very good about getting flowers in the room before our arrival. All the positive reviews are spot on. And a raccoon stopped by for a drink in the fountain! My wife and I will look them up the next time we come up the mountain."
