There is no tv...but there is also no close neighbors, no noise except for the river flowing, no property problems and no rules that can make your rental a stressful nightmare. This is the place to regenerate...rest, read, listen to the birds and the river. The owners are the best you can ask for in a rental. They never bother you and are there if you have any questions....It is PERFECT..」

「We had a great stay at the property. It was clean however some of the amenties like the ironing board and iron were old and broken. It would also be helpful if the property indicated where the washer and dryer were. Since there was a separate rental in the back, we didn't want to intrude. Also you can hear the traffic but we were able to sleep without issues.」

「Location is in the country. Very quiet, beds are comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen very spacious. Would have loved to stay here for a longer visit. Was down for a wedding so really didn’t have much time in the location to do the cooking like normal. But was set up for the ability to cook for a group or from scratch. 「The view is beautiful! We really enjoyed sitting on the upper and lower decks that over-looked the river. The dock was very nice… we tried to fish but did not catch anything. 「Clean, nicely appointed house with nice amenities. All the little extras you did not think or forgot to bring. A small charcoal grill, wood for fire pit, even fishing poles for the pond! The massage chair and retro style video game arcade are nice touches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our host was responsive to questions and attended to every detail.
