「The most horrible rude unprofessional staff i have ever seen . The worst experience i have had . The most insulting staff who has no manner yell and double charge my credit card , invade my room many times without my permission . I m. A physician who works at the hospital JFK right next to the hotel and this nasty assistent manger attacked me twice claiming i owe them when she double charged me and over charged me . I need my money back 」

「I would like to shout out the photographer of this property. They need a raise! The place was very run down. It's in a rough area, neighborhoods didn't feel inviting. We could hear traffic from our room, and the train went by several times. The room was described as "able to sleep 4." Well, that was simply impossible. There was 1 king size bed. No couch. No futon. 「Cute renovated old school Florida motel within walking distance to the attractions of Delray Beach. In a quiet neighborhood with a great coffee shop across the street. Easy contactless check-in with a great key system. Clean, comfy rooms. My only issue with my stay was that the air conditioning unit was pretty loud at night. Maybe you'd get used to it over time, but would recommend ear plugs for sleeping. 」

The staff was generally nice, but occasionally disinterested and at times, the place felt understaffed. Waited over 4 hours on a towel request and had to request again, waited over 20 minutes after eating to get a check, kind of a recurring theme. Had one of the front desk staff go out of the way to help me and one employee give us towels when the dispenser broke - two positive examples, but...
