ACCESS AND PARKING

The whole home is yours, with self check-in by smart lock. The basement is not open to guests. Free parking in the private driveway and the rear garage. A car is recommended for exploring; Uber and Lyft availability varies by season and time of day. Milwaukee is about 60 minutes away and Chicago about 90.



AREA

Geneva Tap House is about a 6 minute walk, and Magpie's Den and Pen and the Geneva Lake Museum about 8. From downtown you can join the Geneva Lake Shore Path, a 21 mile footpath past historic estates. By car: Tristan Crist Magic Theatre is about 4 minutes, Big Foot Beach State Park about 5, Lake Geneva Ziplines and Adventures about 6, and Alpine Valley Music Theatre about 20. In winter, Grand Geneva Resort is close for skiing and snowboarding.



GOOD TO KNOW

• Single-story home.

• Dogs are welcome with prior approval, maximum 2 dogs. A pet fee applies. No other pets.

• Exterior security cameras face the entryways.

• Noise decibel monitors are on the property.

• Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are on site.

• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available by request.

• No smoking, and no parties or events. Please tidy the kitchen before you leave.

• Long stays are welcome. For anything urgent, start your message with the word urgent.

• After you book, we'll email you an electronic rental agreement to sign. Signing it is required to finalize the booking and receive check-in instructions.

• Before check-in, guests complete our Guest Portal and choose either a damage waiver or a refundable security deposit authorization.
