「The house location was perfect. Gungahlin Town centre was just around the corner. The area was quiet and had a beautiful view from the front yard. It was very close to Canberra. The house was well set out with heaps of room for the 16 of us that stayed there. The host always answered promptly and even let us check out a little later, which came in very handy with so many of us. I would highly recommend this property for your stay.」

「Great property well located in Ainslie however the lead photo of Government House in Yarralumla misled us. We didn't know Government House and believed we were staying in a repurposed mansion like one we know of in Melb. Despite that, the property was very clean, modern and we appreciated how close it was to the shops with great cafes and a supermarket.」

「Overall first impression appearance is good, house appears neat and tidy. However does not match photos Positives- Lovely quiet area; Beds very comfortable & bedrooms all very spacious. Had issue connecting to wifi which we contacted Stayz about, Owner quick to make contact & rectify for us. Living room spacious with enough seating areas. Bathroom clean & tidy.Negatives - Lounge chairs have seen better days & the edges of the seating cushions were extremely dry and rough. The rug in the lounge...

「The host was incredible, and the place itself was beautiful. The neighbours upstairs weren't the most considerate, but we think they may have been in transit moving in/out, as there was an inspection whilst we were there too.」

「The house and property were absolutely beautiful—very clean and perfect for a family stay. The only minor feedback would be that the kitchen could use a few more oven trays and dishes. We were also woken at 7am by the gardener who turned on the sprinklers and then began mowing the lawn. While we completely understand the need for property maintenance, it would have been appreciated if we had been notified in advance.」

「Property was great with location, wifi, heating & cooling in most rooms & internal space. Owners were responsive to communication.Issues with maintenance : hot water pipes were very noisy, door handles not secure, sliding door is jammed closed, backyard was not secure for small dog with holes in fence. Not secure for toddlers either with open exhaust hole in lounge for fire place & balcony railings not to ground level.」
