The desk staff had one nice lady that worked hard, the others didn’t acknowledge anyone walking in or out. The room was not clean. Hair on the sink, blinds broken, toilet chain broken. My husband borrowed a paperclip from the front desk to clip the toilet chain together to flush. Sheets had stains. No attention to cleanliness or detail. Coffee was usually empty in the am. Location to lake was the only plus. Very obvious no management or pride in ownership.

Hallway smelt awful, taped over hole in the shower, shower leaked/ran all night and was stained. Used bandaid on the floor so questionable cleaning standards. The girl that checked me in and good view of the lake was the only positives.

From the outside, the property looks like it might be closed. Neglected landscaping, dead trees. The interior carpeting throughout looks at least 20 years old. Our room smelled gross. The furniture was ratty, chipped and old. There were tons of spiderwebs on the patio. The pool and hot tub had stacks of tiles where people picked them from the walls. Pool furniture was old and broken. The location is very convenient but not worth the grossness.

The front desk staff were very nice. Particularly when I checked in. I had quite a few questions about the location around the property and she was very helpful. I asked about a Chinese restaurant I had seen online. She said it was her favorite place. I went and it was great. So happy she said it was a good place. She also helped me figure out a later check out and called to see what she could do for me. She just went above any expectations. I appreciated that so much.

Room was updated but blinds were broken, bathroom needed attention hot water was hit and miss. Decent room for good price. Feel they could put a little effort into taking care of the rooms and property better. Hot tub was cold pool was ok. I generally stay here not the worst room but not the best. Was looking forward to a nice evening in the hot tub but apparently its been broken for sometime.
