Nice area with a pool
Nice loacation. House had a good layout. Not quite as stocked with supplies as some VRBOs we have stayed in. I would have loved to have other cleaning products (windex was the only cleaner peovided) to keep the house tidy, tin foil, oil, laundry basket being that the laundry is outside under the deck in its own enclosed area.

3 days in Lake Havasu
The property was nice. We were out and about during the day. It was nice to watch movies in the evening, however we couldn’t watch the local news. The heater was noisy, but who would have thought that we would have needed it. We will be back again.

Thanksgiving rental
The property was nice, it was located very far off the lake. The pictures give the impression it is closer Pool is not heated and that is not explained in the description, but we were able to pay more to eventually have it heated. For a 5 day stay, we ran out of toilet paper, paper towels and didn't have enough towels for each guest and there were NO pool towels. Constantly having to do laundry. In master there is no place to hang wet towels for reuse. There were clothes in the dresser as if someone lives there. It really should also have some hangers in the closets to help accommodate longer stays such as ours. It was a nice property and worked fine and probably why it was at the price range it was. The driveway is on a HUGE slope so I do not suggest advertising it as RV or boat parking.

Clean well maintained home
This house was perfect for our family vacation. Home was as described. Check in and communication with owner was no problem. The pool was perfect for our kiddos specially since the day we arrived it was 120 degrees. Kitchen was well stocked and rooms were comfortable. I will definitely book another stay here in the future.

This was my kids first time going to the river & renting out this house made it even better. When we came back from the water, we had some fun playing pool in the air conditioned home then in the evening bbq'd & swam a bit in the pool. ❤️

Beautiful View!
We recently stayed in a four bedroom home in beautiful Lake Havasu! The house was great and the lay out really met our needs. The view from the deck is amazing! We did not have time to enjoy the pool but did spend some time in the game room playing billiards! The neighborhood was very quiet. I would recommend this property to any family visiting Lake Havasu.

Amazing stay!
House is beautifully remodeled. Pictures are very accurate. Very responsive owner. View from the patio is breathtaking, amazing place to relax and watch the sunset. Billiards table is full size and game room is very spacious. Pool is fenced in which I appreciate since I have a four year old. Again, very responsive homeowner, will definitely recommend this property to friends and family. I’ve paid a lot more per night for a much smaller property. Absolutely 5 stars.

Pool not kid friendly
The pool is not for small children. You have to walk down very steep metal stairs to get to pool and the pool has no shallow end. The house is nice be careful walking in from pool table area very deceiving transition into kitchen. It advertised a washer and dryer but I sure didn't see one. The information that was sent to us didn't turn on the TV. Didn't contact the host because I figured it wouldn't hurt to go without TV. The house didn't appear to be dirty but in the middle of the floor in the bedroom with bunkbeds was a pile of dirty cloths. One last thing. Drip coffee makers are obsolete!! Get a kerig coffee maker !!

Excellent Havasu Stay
Excellent place for couples, couples with kids or a big family; plenty of bedrooms and beds. Pool table and game table a bonus for us since we all are fans of both. Weather was a bit chilly to use swimming pool but it looked inviting and very clean. House had all the amenities we needed. Deck had a great view of the lake and sunsets at night were beautiful. Location was perfect, close to downtown but not too close and had a variety of ways to get back to house wherever you were coming from in town. Definitely would reserve again.

Great Place, Great Price!
Remodeled older home. Beautiful deck in the back yard with view of the lake. Pool table and poker table are fun. Bedrooms and bathrooms are new and modern. We recommend and would stay here again. Can't beat the price!

Clean & Convenient in Lake Havasu City
Check in was a breeze; Ryan provide the access code and we had no trouble accessing the house. It is in a nice residential neighborhood, convenient to the sites. We had an issue with the faucet in one shower the day after arrival; Ryan was very responsive by phone and text and had it replaced within a couple of hours. I would stay here again next time our family is in Lake Havasu.

Let’s start off with ... the house not being very clean... when we arrived the cleaning lady was still here. We waited in the Jeep till she was done. But when we came in it looked like it hadn’t really been swept, the pool table is dusty and there is hair and crumbs everywhere. Most of the furniture is a bit wobbly, the kitchen stove is antique to say the least. To get to the pool was completely unexpected I wish I knew there was stairs in order to get to it, also the water was so cold. I messaged the owner about it and he said the pool heater has a leak and doesn’t work but the water shouldn’t be any lower then 70. We are now in October and it is a bit colder at night so I’m sure the water is colder. The water dispenser in the refrigerator literally only drips out 1 drop at a time (glad we brought lots of water bottles) also the giant thing in the corner of the “game room” all covered up was weird, also all the cleaning supplies in the other corner when I’m sure they could’ve been put away somewhere was weird. the plus side of this whole house is the location close to the lake and the bedrooms being extra big.

We have bought new bedroom furniture sets for the house and a new couch we also replaced the dining room table set. Havasu is not known for good drinking water guests usually bring bottled water. Everytime I travel I supply bottled water for my friend's and family. The refrigerator water dispenser works good, looks like someone turned the temperature down on the refrigerator and freezer too much and it froze the water filter. Also we do not advertise our pool having a pool heater I stated the water is between 65 and 70 degrees and it does not get below 65 degrees in October. We don't offer a pool heater and we do not advertise having a pool heater I dont understand why you are complaining about us not having a pool heater, we never have offered a pool heater for over 2 years you are the first person to complain. Next time you rent a vacation rental book something with the amenities you "NEED" instead of renting something that doesn't have what you want and then leave bad review's because of your own lack of intelligence. The house is always swept and mopped before each reservation and all surfaces are sanatized. The pool table has cleaning brushes to use.

The rental was great! Ryan was very nice and communication with him was easy. The home was awesome! Had plenty of space for all of us! I love that my husband and I had our room on one side of home and our friend was way on other side! The neighborhood was quite, everything was close! We visited 3 beaches but CATTAILS COVE was the most beautiful 😍! Def would stay here again

The owner is exceptionally responsive to any inquires. The home was perfect and spacious and the pool and pool table were the focal points of our stay while at home. The location to the lake was great!!! I highly recommend this property and will definitely go back!!!

I have many pictures of the not so clean place. Definitely was disappointing. We were told cleaning lady was going to come The next day and help clean and no one showed. Contacted Vrbo and they said they would investigate and get back to us and nothing! Trash can smelled horrible because it had stuff leaked and in it still. Couch under and in the cushions had lots of crumbs and dirt. Found a plate, muffin wrapper, and other things. I could go on but think you got the point. Bathrooms were nice though. Sad we had to pay a cleaning fee for something unclean.

The house was spotless upon arrival he requested early check in which we were happy to accommodate his request. He seem to go out of his way to find something wrong look underneath the couch or under the couch coushion. We offered to come by and take care of anything he requested or needed. His exact response was "No worries at all we are planning to head out at 7 to get on the water so that works great thank you:)". I copy his response directly from his message. We don't know if there was some sort of misunderstanding we would of been happy to meet any of his requests. After check out we had no further requests, complaints, or any other type of communication.

Great Host!
Overall this property was very good. Ryan was great to work with and is working hard to make the property better. The bathrooms are beautifully updated. The kitchen was older but perfectly functional. The pool is sparkling clean but unfortunately too cold to swim in during the two months we were there. It would be great for a family getaway during the summer months.

We had trouble with the refrigerator keeping groceries cold. The freeezer was too cold, we could scoop the ice cream it was so hard. For a place that sleeps 9 there were only 8 dinner plates. Kitchen was not stocked very well to cook. Living room very small. We also experienced problems with the front door.

Exactly as pictured
This location is exactly as it is described and appears in the pictures. The layout of the house was perfect for a multi-family or large family trip. This house is located about 10 minutes from site 6. We really enjoyed the game room. We had a minor issue with the cleaning service; the house was clean but some things had not been completed, and were disappointed that poker chips weren't available although they were pictured (easy fix though, we just ran out and purchased some). Ryan was great when I let him know about the issues. Our party agreed that we'd stay here again.

Weekend Getaway
Overall place was clean and ready for us before the check in time! Little tricky backing a larger boat into the drive but once we figured out the right angle we were good. They are making great improvements to the home and can't wait to see what the finished home will look like! The home is also located about 5 minutes from the Windsor launch ramp and about 10 minutes from the marina. Made each day convenient for going up or down lake! Thank you for opening up this home!

Great pool house!
This house was more than what we expected. My family and I enjoyed every aspect of it from the living room to the pool area. Ryan was great at answering any concerns we had. The house was clean and the rooms were comfortable. We enjoyed barbecuing in the backyard. My favorite part was the deck, we put our beach chairs out there and watched the sunset. You also get a glimpse of the lake. My husband’s favorite part of the home was definitely the game room which had a pool table, and a game table in which we enjoyed playing card games. If you are thinking of staying here, go for it you won’t regret it. All of my family members were happy with Ryan’s home and we will definitely be renting again. Thank you so much Ryan for sharing your home with us!
