“This is a great home in quiet suburban Schaumburg. Convenient location and great amenities. As we traveled with dogs, it was especially great that the yard is fenced in and has a dog poop station complete with baggies - like the best of dog parks! And the kitchen was well stocked, especially with many options for making coffee (we opted for the easy Keurig! lol). There were even muffin pans for those that might enjoy baking in their time away from home. The home is also well baby proofed with……

“The property was perfect for the 14 of us. The dining room, kitchen and living room were roomy enough for all of us. The deck provided extra seating and the master bedroom was spectacular with a wonderful view of the lake.”

“It was clear that house was owned by a private equity firm and it was handled like a business. We had a multi month stay and only asked once for it to be cleaned once, and they charged us for the cleaning. Meanwhile, they would’ve paid for five or six cleanings themselves between normal stay guests.They did a good job renovating the house they bought though.”

Before our stay she had everything ready, once we arrived which was much later than we originally thought, she made sure we were checked in and had everything we needed. “The listing picture wasn't even close. Front yard was part of marina with boat trailers and cars. House was filthy and in disrepair. Bedroom mattress was wrapped in moving plastic. It caved in through the bedspring when you sat on it. Carpet was so dirty and moldy that when you walked out of the bedroom, your shoes would stick. Not much furniture and furniture that was there was curb pick up quality. Dishes and appliances were dirty. TV in bedroom was on the floor in the closet. ……
