GREENVIEW MANOR is a 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home located in Rumbling Bald Resort in Lake Lure. Enjoy stunning views overlooking the #6 green on Bald Mountain Golf Course, and the surrounding mountains.
The main level has a beautifully decorated great room with soaring twenty foot ceilings and two stories of large windows on three sides filling the room with natural light and breathtaking mountain views. There is plenty of comfortable seating for everybody to gather around the stone fireplace and enjoy the flat screen TV. Step outside to a full length deck with multiple tables and more than enough chairs for everyone to watch the golfers passing by. Make memories every night cooking on the GAS BBQ. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for meal preparation on vacation. We offer all the conveniences of home including refrigerator freezer, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, toaster, mixing bowls, blender, tons of cookware, and enough dishes for everyone. The dining table comfortably seats eight, with three extra chairs nearby at the kitchen bar, making it perfect to gather for meals, games, or just planning the next day's adventures. Upstairs is a comfortable loft seating area, perfect for quiet reading, doing a little office work, or school homework on the road. Down a short hallway are two bedrooms. One features a QUEEN BED, and the second two TWIN BEDS. These two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom.
On the lower level is an incredible game room with so much to keep everyone entertained including POOL TABLE, PING PONG TABLE, arcade game table, large flat screen TV, “Gaming TV” with gaming chairs, refrigerator, microwave, and an INDOOR PUTTING GREEN! Step outside and play CORN HOLE on the full length lower deck. We guarantee many Lake Lure memories will be made here. Downstairs there are two more Guest Rooms, one with a QUEEN BED and the second with two FULL BEDS that share a full bathroom.
