“I can’t say enough nice things about this beautiful home. The grounds are gorgeous. We came with 10 ladies from a church small group and had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner one night. Coffee was great. Lots of sitting room in the comfy living room. The host answered all out questions quickly and checked in with us to make sure everything was to our liking. Will def stay again if we are in the area. ”

“Absolutely loved this property! We chose this home at Rumbling Bald to accommodate family for our son’s wedding which was onsite. We had 10 adults, an infant, and a dog. The space was perfect. The bottom level was its own private space which was perfect for the family members with the baby. The main level bedroom fit our needs so our elderly parents did not have to climb stairs and the upstairs bedrooms were spacious enough for the rest of the crew. The house was well maintained, clean and……

“This house was way overpriced for what you got. Our family of nine celebrated thanksgiving there. If we hadn’t brought many supplies (just in case) we would have been SOL. House is advertised as place for large groups but one of my family had to eat thanksgiving dinner with a spoon. Door to our bedroom would not close and a curtain between bedroom and bath. Really classy! I could go on and on but I’d like to forget this nightmare.”

“Our host was very gracious and accommodating. The home is beautiful and well furnished. There are nice touches such as phone chargers near each bedside, and for those who do play, there are two guitars.”

The Hosts were proactive in contacting us in advance and quickly responded to our questions. Would stay here again.”

“Everything was falling apart. Water was coming up through the floor. We couldn’t use one bedroom because the door and frame were falling off and had to be removed. We had to tighten screws and bolts on the tables. Everything outside is overgrown including trees growing in the gutters. The list is long. ”
