House Rules

We kindly ask that all guests respect the following rules to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for everyone:

General Conduct

❌ No parties, gatherings, or events.
❌ No unregistered overnight guests are allowed.
❌ No pets and no smoking anywhere on the property, to maintain a clean and allergen-free space.

Please remove outdoor shoes before entering. We recommend bringing your own indoor slippers.

Inside the Home

🚫 No eating or drinking in the bedrooms (water is fine).
Place used towels and laundry in the provided laundry basket in the laundry room.
All dishes must be washed, dried, and put away before checkout.
Basement access is not permitted.
Kitchen & Outdoor Area
Please turn off the propane tank after each use.
Kindly clean the grill after using it.
Bathrooms & Plumbing

Please only flush toilet paper. We are on a septic system, so no wipes, feminine products, or other items may be flushed.

Security

For safety and security, there are cameras located at the front entrance (including a Blink doorbell camera) and at the back of the property.
