「The back storage room was very moldy and gave my daughter horrible allergies. We were there for a soccer tournament. The directions to find the apartment were not accurate they gave me the wrong store fronts to look for. Also when I messaged questions it was over 12 hours before someone got back to me and it seemed like an agency that did not know the answers. It was a very convenient location and that part was wonderful.」

「The linen and mattress had yellow stains on them, every single toilet paper in the property was hard as a rock and covered in mold, there was no hair dryer even though the listing says there is one in each bathroom. No shelving in the shower so everything had to be put on the floor. Hot water ran out quickly.
