“It's nice small hotel ”

“My stay at this Holiday Inn did not meet the standards I usually expect from an IHG property. The hotel felt cheaply managed and lacked the comfort and convenience I’ve experienced at other Holiday Inn locations. The hot water in my room did not work unless I went to the front desk and asked them to address it. There was also no coffee maker in the room, and I had to request one from the front desk, where it was handed to me in a plastic bag. Cleanliness was another major issue. The bathroom……

“Simple and convenient place to stop, get a shower and catch up on sleep. ”

“The breakfast was delicious. The room was more than adequate, especially taking the rate into consideration. In other words it was a great bargain.”

“We hated our stay here. First off, tge receptionist Bridgette, was really rude. When we asked for coffee creamer, she only wanted to give us 2, rolled here's at us, saying rude comments and very disrespectful. She should not be working in customer service. Then, our roomgad a gift hole by the bed. Our kids almost fell from it a few times. Breakfast was constantly empty. We had to keep reminding staff to replenish the food. The shower wouldn't work properly. We had to move furariund to plug in……

“We were in a handicap room and the shower stall was excellent. But the shower hardware needed some attention as it was loose on the wall and hard to get a good water temp. We reported it and they put it on the list for repairs. Everything else was wonderful. It was not our first stay and we will go back.”

“Their staff tried to charge us twice for the room and were extremely rude. The air conditioner worked and there was a bed but other than that it was clear no upkeep was being done on the grounds or rooms. The TV had three remotes but not a channel worked. The door was hard to open and close. The shower leaked and looked really old and it needed maintenance. We slept through the night and checked out ASAP. I will be checking for our deposit back because I don't trust them.”

“Check in was easy. Room was clean, comfortable and nice and quiet. The bed was a little too soft for my liking. The property was a nice treat with a pond and animals. Would stay here again. ”

“Air conditioning was fine with no unpleasant odor. We did not take advantage of the pool.”

“The towels were stained and so was the bed spread. I found two dead bugs; one on the floor and one on the bed. The shower was nice and the bed was comfortable. All in all it was ok”

“The road construction hinders the access. The mobility access room did not have walk in facilities and the bed was too high to get in and out of with out assistance. The breakfast area had two tables with regular chairs. Otherwise bar height seating or couches were the available options. Not exactly comfortable for elderly short individuals who have difficulty with mobility.”

“This is more of an extended stay "I have no other choice" motel. I reserved a room here for my mom and her friend for the weekend and was really disappointed but I guess you get what you pay for. There were people smoking AT the front door so you have to walk through a cloud of smoke to even get in. The hallway, elevator, and room smelled horrible. The fridge in their room smelled like something died. My mother asked for sheets to change the bedding after her 1st night and was told they didn't……

“The property is very run down. No amenities. It is an okay place just to sleep. Close to shopping and restaurants.”
