A little older and a little dated, but very clean. Great location to King's Beach. The front desk staff (owner?) is very friendly. It's my 3rd stay. The 2 bed room had the beds in separate rooms. Great for me and my brother!

This place is actually little hidden gem. Easybto book. ¹1Staff were very friendly and helpful. Although it is an older Inn, it was clean, well priced and served it's purpose well. We would stay again. It's close walking distance to the beach and different places to eat.

What a great location, too bad the place suffers from minimum levels of basic maintenance and upkeep. Some basic renovations and this could be a hidden gem, but for now not a good choice.

An aged motor court inn that is showing its age. It was clean, and things mostly worked. Outlets were at a minimum in our room, and plugs hardly stayed in the outlets were so loose/worn. Not much lighting in our room, with hard-to-reach switching. I couldn't open the supplied shampoo in little foil envelopes even with my teeth, so ended up using the soap bar. The man at the desk was very friendly, and it's a nice location. Could use a bit of updating, IMHO.

I liked the property, because it felt like an old time motor court. The staff were friendly and very nice. They waved at us and talked to us as we’re their friends. We will go back because of the location to the beach and the staff were great.

The staff was so friendly and the rooms were really close walking distance from everything we barely moved our car during our stay! The rooms could be slightly cleaner but they were very comfortable and the no A/C was no problem for us. I would definitely stay here again!

Not a bad place to stay. Worth the price. Desk clerk was very friendly. The rooms and outdoor spaces were a little "tired" but clean. The TV didn't work - turned out that you had to hit the "VHS" button on the remote to connect it. Didn't think of that; a small note by the TV would've been nice.

I love this simple , rustic , but amazing little hotel. Right on the beach, easy walk to the beach area, playground , restaurants , seven eleven. Staff is great , gentleman that stays in the office is very friendly and helpful. I stayed in a room with 2 separated areas.

This is an older motel. The staff was wonderful and welcomed our new foster dog at the last moment. The units are older and the wear shows but the location was great. No AC but they provided box fans for the windows and even on an unusually warm for the area weekend we were comfortable.
