"The staff at the hotel was very helpful, both by email before we arrived and with directions and suggestions once we were there. We were in an economy room. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked. The facilities were pretty basic. Very high step to get into the tub. If that will be a problem for you upgrade to the room with the shower only. The breakfast in the restaurant was fine, dinner only so-so. No bar service, beer and a choice of 4 mixed drinks. Very small lobby so no real place to linger. Good value overall for the money but understand what you're getting."

"We had a great stay. Great location near the castle. I had picked this hotel because it had a/c but it was turned off for the season, so we had to sleep with the balcony door open. The room was clean but the carpet needs a cleaning. Other than that, we did enjoy our stay and our welcome bottle of wine amenity."

"Stayed 3 nights in this hotel and th only fault that we could find was that they turn off the air-conditioning/heating when not summer or winter and the room was quite warm otherwise it was the perfect hotel, centrally located, large comfortable rooms, helpful and professional staff and serve a great breakfast."
