This is a nearly 100 year-old house that has well water on a water softener system. If you are used to city water, you may not care for the well water. The refrigerator will have a case of bottled water supplied and there is also a Britta filter available

Full bathroom with tub and bidet (not heated brrr). Enjoy amenities like WiFi, a washing machine, heating, AC, and even a Cybex Elliptical machine in the laundry area. The office bedroom has a printer and copier with document feeder. Your stay here will be nothing short of quaint and comfortable.
