「Me and my wife and two huskies had a great time at their Shasta retreat. The host has the highest degree of attention to detail that I’ve ever seen and it was highly appreciated. 「We were in the area working the fire and were lucky to choose this property. It’s away from any other places so it’s very private. They offer all sorts of items to use with the property, like paddle boards and fishing poles. Our families came up for the weekend and the kids loved it. The hosts were so helpful with the few questions I had. It’s a gauranty we will rent from them again. They have several properties the area but this one fit us perfectly. 「The wooden floor is beautiful, but it felt a little greasy. I'm not sure if it's from the cleaning or care product used on the wood, but as someone who likes to walk barefoot, I could really feel it. On the last day, I also found a couple of insects in the main room, though fortunately they weren't anything dangerous.The view of the lake is amazing and very relaxing. 「We always use Shasta Retreats coming to Shasta Lake. Everything is always done well, awesome houses, and very good communication with Lori and Dave. This house was amazing. Very cool layout and a great deck. Would absolutely book this house again. Great for families!」

「This place was amazing. It had all amenities. Extra cots and blow up mattresses, plenty of towels and bedding, speakers for music, kayaks and paddle boards. Views from every room and a nice welcoming package. I would definitely stay here again. Recommended for large groups.」
