Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. See ratings, all are from this one location. It is a 4-unit building consisting of all short-term rentals. We often host guest that stay as short as 3-days to months. You will be centrally located to everything. Walking distance to SEU. great restaurants in the area. Community Barbecue on premises. Fully stocked kitchens and much more. Bus stop on street. Clean Park in the neighborhood w/playground. Come and enjoy a great stay. 2 parking spots with possible 3rd.

Stayed here for sun n fun, not as close as i was used to but definitely convenient, clean, well stocked and overall a great experience. Wont hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent Vacation
We stayed at this property from February 12 to March 12 2024. We were looking for a place in the area for our golfing and it was located in a great part of Lakeland close to all amenities and golfing. We had a small problem with the front door upon arrival and called Dameon and within minutes Isla the property manager was there to fix the problem. The place was clean and everything worked perfectly, we were close to the gym and stores and the lakes where we could go for walks and eat and drink at the local bistro's and restaurants. We found the price and availability perfect and would recommend this as a great place to stay.

Ideal location and accommodations
The home was central to all our family as well as local amenities. Clean and inviting, the host ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. We felt comfortable and safe and were able to receive prompt responses from any inquiries with the host. We look forward to returning for an extended stay.
