"Staff was very personable and accommodating. We arrived early and they went above and beyond to get our room clean and ready. That was really appreciated and took a lot of stress off us. Room was clean and eating area very clean and breakfast was good. The only concern I had was with the pool area - the pool is wonderful for families, however, the ventilation in the area is poor. The chlorine ozone layer in the air was overly thick and that is not good for anyones lungs. There needs to be more airflow or better balance and/or adjustment to chlorine to minimize the breathing in of chlorine fumes. We did ask staff if we could open the door, which they allowed, but with no wind outside, it did little to help. All in all, I would stay here again, but perhaps not swim unless adjusted."

"This hotel was a true gem! It was clean, comfortable and had a marvelous breakfast spread! I thought parking was expensive but that was the going rate for area hotels, and it was valet so I appreciated that convenience. The only downside which the hotel could not control was the many homeless people sleeping on the sidewalk nearby (around the corner from the hotel). The hotel should be actively pressuring the town government to clean it up! But the hotel does lock their front door after 10pm which definitely made me feel safer about the riff-raff on the street not being able to wander into the hotel."

"We checked in Thursday night at 8 pm. Front desk sent us to room 30& It was either occupied or never cleaned. When we opened the door the TV was one, bed unmade, snacks in LR, Bedroom and Bath. All lights on. We quickly left asap and went to the front desk. We explained to him what happened, and he kind of chuckled! He didn’t apologize. He didn’t say I’m so sorry that is horrible, he didn’t say what a bad mistake… He chuckled and said let me see if I can find you a different room… With no explanation. We were kind of mortified and unsettled to say the least. Then before our second night, Friday, we found dried blood on our sheets."

"Lots of free parking. Room quality was fine, only minor complaint was housekeeping only comes a couple times during the stay; however, front desk was totally fine with giving new towels and such upon request. Bed was decently comfy lol. There are 2 floors, but no elevator so be careful if you have mobility issues. We had a longer term stay, and I would book another stay there in the future."
