Located just 300 meters from the Esplanade and the footbridge to 90-mile beach in Lakes Entrance, this great town property is perfectly situated for a holiday with your friends and family to take advantage of everything that Lakes Entrance has to offer.

This semi-detached unit has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a secure and private courtyard, and a shared front yard with a swing and picnic table. Only 300m walk to the esplanade, and you are within easy walking distance of the cafes, RSL, Bowling and Sports Club, supermarkets, seasonally lifesaver patrolled beach, walking tracks, mini-golf, and much more, the location is what makes ‘Beach and Lakes Cottage A’ a perfect holiday base, you are sure to find everything you need and more!

The property has parking on site for a boat and is approximately one kilometre from one of the excellent boat ramps.
